<p>The biggest advantage to creating and using their own application is that the navigation and buying experience is exactly the same between the app and <a href="http://www.discountgolfworld.com" target="_blank">DiscoutnGolfWorld.com</a> .  Any product that is on <a href="http://www.discountgolfworld.com" target="_blank">DiscountGolfWorld.com</a>  will automatically be present within the shopping application.  Along with that, all pricing updates and changes in inventory levels are automatically synced between the two.  The shopping app is also designed so that any specials or promos on the website will be active and live on FaceBook as soon as they are live on the main website.  Social shopping is the new gamble in online retail, and Discount Golf World just upped the ante.</p>

The new designs give a fresh look and feel to the websites, but not just for cosmetic purposes.  With the last major overhaul to the two sites being almost 5 years ago, the new website launch offers new features that will also provide a more enjoyable user experience.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Quincy, IL 3/10/2010 &#8211; Dennis Boudreau, CEO of 1st in Video-Music World, has been selected as a speaker at the Internet Retailer Conference Expo 2010 (ICRE2010).  Boudreau will be presenting with Andrew Wheeler of iProspect and Anne Baston of Indigo Books &amp; Music.  The session is titled, &#8220;The science of keyword management&#8221; and will be presented on Workshop Day 1 of ICRE2010 at 11:00 AM.<span id="more-195"></span>Keyword management is a challenge; making the list is only the start. Retailers must understand when and how to match keywords. This session will explain exact-word matches, phrase matches and broad matches, explain their differences and when to use them. It will also tell retailers how much bounce rate-a shopper returning in seconds to the search page from a landing page-a retailer should tolerate. It will explain negative keywords and outline the benefits and the dangers of inserting the customer&#8217;s search term into search ad copy.Over the past 35 years, Dennis Boudreau has transformed a college project into a leading e-commerce company. Dennis has taken his company from a small bricks-and-mortar consumer electronics store to one of Inc Magazine&#8217;s fastest growing companies in America and a ranking in the Internet Retailer Top 500.
